In December of his senior year, James Maitland Stewart '32 appeared as Mr. Alfonso in the Triangle Club's 1931 production of "Spanish Blades." Mr. Stewart is shown here in the role, opposite D.S. McMillan '32 as Mrs. Alfonso. A recording of Mr. Stewart performing the song "Day After Day" from "Spanish Blades" recently surfaced in the Mudd Library.
